Financial Responsibility

We accept self-pay and insurance plan options. If out of network, we are able to provide a Superbill or invoice for your records; no claims will be submitted for out of network plans directly to insurance plans. A sliding fee scale is available for those that qualify. Payment is made prior to each appointment unless a credit card authorization is on file. Cash, check, and/or major credit cards will be accepted including American Express.

We also accept the following insurance providers, credentialed under Cassandra Royal dba Diventi Counseling, LLC:

• BHS (EAP)
• CIGNA - Evernorth Behavioral Health
• CorpCare (EAP)
• Ascentra (EAP - Kepro and Espire)
• Mutual of Omaha (EAP)

• United Healthcare
• WorkPlace Solutions (EAP)

We are currently in the process of becoming paneled with most private insurance companies and Employee Assistance Programs. We will update our paneled list above as we become approved. Don't see your insurance listed? Give us a call and we will submit an application to contract if eligible.

*January 2025 - Diventi Counseling LLC is not paneled YET though will be submitting applications for Medicaid plans including but not limited to:  Ambetter, Amerigroup, CareSource, Cenpatico, and/or Peach State. We also have applied for Medicare plans though have not been approved at this time. These plans will be out of network and not eligible for reimbursement. A self-pay or a sliding fee scale can be utilized if criteria is met.
